General Return and Refund Information
Return Window: 14 days from the date of receipt.
Exchanges: Not accepted. Please request a return and place a new order.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons. (Earrings may get slightly bent during transit. This is not considered damage. You can gently push the post back into place to re-align them).
Individual Products from Sets: Must return the complete set.
E-Gift Cards: Non-refundable.
Original Shipping Fee: Non-refundable, if any.

Items must be unworn, unused, show no signs of wear or damage, and be in their original condition and packaging (including box and pouch).
How to Start a Return
Email us at askyuenjewellery@gmail.com to initiate a return. We will respond as soon as possible.
If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.
Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 10-14 business days after receiving the return. Timeframes may vary during busy periods.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
An email confirmation will be sent once the refund is processed.

Faulty/Wrong Product Received
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Yuen Jewellery will cover the cost of return shipping in these cases.
